JR Bravo passed away on March 8, 2022 in Philadelphia, PA, at the age of 24. He is survived by his
parents, Michael and Sandy, and his brother, Elijah. JR graduated in 2016 from Nipmuc High School in
Upton, MA and the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. He was an accomplished fisherman, an expert
skier, a devout sports fan, and was well-versed in both politics and history. He was funny, kind, and
always looking for the next adventure. He was flying an airplane at age 16, skiing down the glades of
Gunstock, broadcasting college sports, and winning trophies at the Upton Fishing Derby as well as a
certificate one year for the largest pickerel caught in the State of New Hampshire. Relatives and friends
are invited to attend his funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at St. Gabriel the
Archangel's Parish, 151 Mendon Street, Upton, MA. Interment private. Donations can be made to the
