Jean E. Chromczak, July 26, 2015 of Rose Gardens at Ann's Choice. Beloved daughter of the late Dominic and Julia (nee Shuda) Chromczak. Survived by cousins Joan Sarchese, Margie Philip and Ron Chromczak. Jean is also survived by the loving staff and her Rose Gardens Family and many dear friends.
