Jeanne B. Reilly (nee Cunningham), a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2024, at the age of 90.

Jeanne was the loving mother of Sue Reilly (Dennis Wholey), Frank Reilly, Ed Reilly (Vicki), Theresa Reilly, Jim Reilly (Marie), Joe Reilly (Elaine), and the late Rob Reilly; mother-in-law to Sharon Reilly and adoring grandmom to Lauren, Katelyn, Jessica, Rachel, Kathryn, Jason, Jon, Jack, Briana, Kevin, Abby, and Declan. Additionally, she was a great-grandmom to Chloe, Noah, Kevin and Cole who brought her immense joy.

Born to the late Joseph and Gertrude Cunningham and widowed by Francis Reilly, Jeanne was the dear sister of Mary Bowes (the late Jack), Peggy Levins (Chick), and the late Joe, Bill, Dottie, and Jim Cunningham. She is survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.

A devout Catholic, Jeanne found peace and solace in her faith, religiously reading the bible, praying the rosary and attending mass. She loved discussing her religion with family, friends, bible study groups, people of all religions and anyone who would listen including complete strangers. But most importantly, she lived an exemplary life through her selflessness, kindness, generosity, humility, hope, positivity and her natural ability to forgive. She was also an avid reader, enjoyed musicals, gardening and playing family games but her greatest joy came from spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories with each of them.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114, beginning at 9:00 AM, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her memory be made to St. John Neumann Nursing Home, 10400 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19116.
