Jeffrey passed away Wednesday March 2, 2016 surrounded by his family. Jeff was 36. He was the loving son of Wayne "Sonny" and Carol Bucher Swift. He is survived by his brothers, Brian (Christine) and Michael (Kathy). He was the loving uncle of Brian, Kaitlin and Brooke.

Jeff was an avid Flyers fan and knew their schedule like the back of his hand. In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed working in his vegetable garden. He was looking forward to this growing season. Most of all, Jeff loved being an uncle and the Godfather of Kaitlin. He loved the children of his family and friends, and they loved him. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Saturday March 12, 2016 10:30 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service 12:15 PM. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Mary's Medical Center, 1201 Langhorne-Newtown Rd, Langhorne, PA 19047 would be appreciated. Also, in memory of Jeff, please perform an act of kindness to someone in need.
