Obituary

Jennifer Beth Sadowski, age 52, passed on Saturday December 10th, 2022 with her loved ones by her side. Loving Mother of Shamus Luke Sadowski. Predeceased by her parents Francis Sadowski Sr. and Virginia Sadowski along with her brother Anthony "Slugger" (Terry) and nephew John Sadowski. Dear sister of Donna Sadowski and Francis Jr "Winky" (Suzanne). Wonderful aunt to Richelle (Jason), Virginia (Louie), Trey (Diane), Holly, Savannah (John), Anthony, Jeremy, Paige (Sam). An unforgettable great aunt to Ryian, Rhiannon, Jayden, Madalynne, Xyler, Gabriel, Lilly, Hailee, Holly, Caitlyn, Jordan, Chase and Carter.
Most of us know Jennifer for always being late and giving a bag of never-ending gifts at parties. But anyone who really knew Jennifer knows that she had an enormous heart, was caring, loving and giving. Just an overall amazing woman. Jennifer had a special love for kids that started with all her nieces and nephews. Although Jennifer only gave birth to Shamus, she considered Savannah and Anthony as her own children. She raised them during their most important years of their life and always continued to be a mother figure to them. Her love for children didn't stop there. She became a teacher and taught for the School District of Philadelphia for 20+ years. She genuinely cared for her students and did her best to make an imprint on all of their lives.
From a young age Jennifer developed a love for the shore spending numerous times on her dad's boat fishing. Her dad was her fishing buddy and later in life her brother Slugger took his spot. Jennifer spent many summers living down the shore working at the Manor Bar and the Hawaiian Rumble. When she wasn't working, she was creating never ending memories with her best friend Jenn and her family.
Jennifer was very creative and artistic but her biggest hobby of all was shopping and when she shopped, boy did she shop. Her favorite place to shop was at thrift stores or anywhere she could get a good deal. She also loved going to the casino with her mom. They would say they were going to the casino for a few hours, but those hours always turned into days.
Jennifer was never married but she met the love of her life on January 16th, 2002, when her son Shamus was born. Jennifer was a single mom who always did her best to provide Shamus with unconditional love and fulfill all of his wants and needs. Jennifer and Shamus shared the love for music; especially Post Malone. They attended many concerts together including some of their favorites, Lincoln Park. They enjoyed trips to the tattoo parlor and getting tattoos together. They loved going out to eat at different restaurants. She loved going for all you can eat crab legs BUT her favorite meals were the ones that Shamus would cook for her. It was always the two of them and it didn't matter what they were doing, as long as they were together.
