Joan H. Dugan passed away November 10, 2022.  Loving companion of the late James Harley, Sr.  Beloved sister of Brigetta Latham (David), Peter Dugan (Patricia), Clarinda Reilly (Michael), Cornelius Dugan, and the late Nancy Stampone, James Dugan, Patrick Dugan, and Joseph Dugan.  Joan will also be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and fur babies.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday, November 21, 2022, 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Service 1:30 PM.  Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to PAWS, Attn:  Donor Services, 100 N. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 in Joan's memory would be appreciated.
