Joan Kelly (nee DeCara) passed away peacefully at the age of 93 on November 11, 2024.  She was the loving wife of the late A. Robert Giardina and the late John Kelly, Jr. and the beloved mother of Mark Giardina (Judith), Dr. Janet Donovan, Diane Depman (Dr. Stanley Depman), Robert Giardina (Laura) and stepson John Kelly, III.  Joan is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and her stepsister Rose Verdile. Joan was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was very much loved and will be greatly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, November 23, 2024 , from 9-10:15 A.M. at Our Lady of Calvary Church, 11024 Knights Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154.  Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M.  Interment S.S. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
