Joan E. Rassier (nee Sykes) passed away May 25, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Charles, Sr. Devoted mother of Dr. Charles, Jr. (Jennifer). Loving Mom Mom of Lea and Charlie. Dear sister of Russell Sykes (Joyce).
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, June 1, 2024, 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM All Saints Episcopal Church, 9601 Frankford Ave., Phila., followed by her Service 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at Hillside Cemetery.
