Joan M. Troutman (nee Osborne) passed away with her family by her side on September 11, 2022. Beloved wife of 42 years to Dominic Troutman. Loving mother of Victoria Kay, Kristine Henwood (Nicholas), and Sara Troutman. Devoted grandmom of Dominic, Sophia, Aiden, Rosalie, Aubree, and Hailey. Daughter of the late James and Claire Osborne. Dear sister of Joseph Osborne and the late James Osborne. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Joan was a dedicated employee of St. Katherine of Siena Church and Redeemer Health Care. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday September 16, 2022 from 9:00-10:30 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church.
