Joan L. Wolf

Joan L. Wolf (née Rath) passed away peacefully on July 23, 2026, at the age of 85.

Joan was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Wolf, Sr. She was the loving mother of Joseph (Patricia), and Raymond Jr. (Suzanne). Cherished Grandmom/Oma of Joe Jr., Kevin, Stephen (Sarah), Brian, Jennifer Lynn (Robert), Nicholas, Ryan, Matthew, and many great-grandchildren.

Dear sister of the late Elaine (the late Milton "Sonny") and George "Max" Rath; sister-in-law of Veronica Rath, Charles Wolf (Judy), Roy Wolf (the late Shirley), Elinor Desher (Tony), Milly Wolf, and the late Florence "Flossie" Clauser, Virginia Wright (Daniel), Nancy Jones (Bill), and Teddy Wolf. Joan is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Joan loved spending time with her family and taking trips to Wildwood. She was a devoted member of the Jehovah's Witnesses and a friend to many.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114. Words of Remembrance will begin at 12:00 p.m., followed by her entombment at Hillside Cemetery.
