JoAnn M. Flaville

JoAnn M. Flaville passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026. Beloved daughter of the late Norman, Sr. and Jennie Flaville. Loving and devoted mother to Matthew. Cherished sister of Pat, Norman, and James, and beloved godmother of Christopher. Dear friend to many. JoAnn is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members who will miss her dearly.

JoAnn was a baker by trade and dedicated many years to working at the Thrift Way Store in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. She was known for her caring heart, strong spirit, and devotion to her family. Above all else, JoAnn loved being a mother to Matthew and took great pride in caring for him and supporting him throughout her life.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Burns Funeral Home from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by her funeral service. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery.
