It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Joann D. Neill, (nee Manning).  She fought a long battle against dementia with bravery and grace.  Joann was preceded in death by her parents, Henrietta (nee Raybold) and Patrick Manning, along with her beloved husband Alan R. Neill; and with siblings Patrick (Rita), Michael, Thomas, James, and Joseph.

Joann will be remembered lovingly by her children, Patricia Taggart (Steven McGuinness), Joseph Taggart and Nicole Salayda, as well as her cherished grandchildren Nathaniel, Jacob, Lily, and Cole.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate her life on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 9:30-10:45 A.M. at Holy Innocents Church, 1337 E. Hunting Park Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19124.  Funeral Mass 11 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to Alzheimer's Association , 399 Market St., Suite 250, Philadelphia, PA 19106, would be appreciated by the family.
