Joanne C. Gallagher passed away October 6, 2021 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Loving mother of Paul Dougherty (Donna), Daniel Mott (Christin), and the late Melanie Mott; loving stepmother to Thomas, Laura, and Kevin. Dear grandmom of Devon, Shannon, Daniel, Isaiah, Caleb, and Luke. She is also survived by her sister Margaret "Peggy" Shriver, and nephews Kenny and Matthew. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Monday October 11, 2021 from 10:00-11:15 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by her Service at 11:30 AM. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
