Joanne B. Issel (nee Duskus), age 75, passed away suddenly on November 5, 2024.  Loving wife of Timothy Issel.  Beloved mother of Michele Wynn (Saul), Brian Issel (Jaclyn), and the late Timmy Issel.  Grandmom of Timmy, Nicholas, Brian, Brandon, Joey, and Emma.  Sister of Mike Duskus, Jeanne Cantu, and Janet DiBello.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.
