Joel "Elsworth" Velez, age 31, of Levittown Pennsylvania, passed away suddenly on August 26th 2020. He was the beloved son of Jose Velez Sr and Maria Alonso- Velez; cherished father to Weston David Velez; loving brother of Jose Velez Jr and Marí Alonso- Velez; devoted uncle to Analise and Cameron; He will be greatly missed by all.

Joel was born on 5/13/1989 in Brooklyn, NY. He loved to play basketball, football, hang out with friends and spend time with his son Weston. He will always be remembered for his smile, sense of humor and his ability to light up a room. Joel was adored by many and his personality will never be forgotten.

A memorial service celebrating Joel's life will be held at Burns Funeral Home in Levittown, PA (1514 Woodbourne Rd. Levittown, PA 19057) between 3pm-6pm on Friday, September 4th, 2020.
