A resident of Horsham, PA., died peacefully at Luther Woods Retirement Home on September 14, 2011. He was born June 7, 1931 to John and Dorothy Bade. He was the beloved husband of Joan Seal Bade (nee Devern) for 21 years.
A graduate of Abington High School, Class of 1950, he operated John Bade and Son Topsoil and Mulch, Inc. for many years until his retirement. He also was a part time floral designer for Chas. Kremp Florist. He was a member of Abington Fitness Center and the Young at Heart Senior Citizens Group.
In addition to his wife, "Jack" is survived by his son, John Evan Bade (Luisa), his grandchildren, Isabella and "Little Jack", his stepchildren Joanne Murawski (Steve), Robert Seal (Cheri), Michael Seal, Sharon Keen (John), Janet D'Aulerio (Tony), Susan Seal; his step grandchildren Christopher Bolduc, Matt Bolduc (Christina), Jonathan Seal, Olivia Seal, Jason Keen, Brian Keen, Andrew Keen, Adam D'Aulerio, Jessica D'Aulerio, Ryan Seal; and great grandchildren Braydon Bolduc and Kayla O'Brien. He is also survived by his brother in law John Jacobsen (Diane) and their children Chris Jacobsen (Cheri), Lisa Wullert (Mark), P.J. Jacobsen (Jennifer), Michael Jacobsen and the Jacobsen-Wullert clan, Brandon, Ryan, and Evan Jacobsen, Luke, Mark, and Jake Wullert, and Hailey and Emma Jacobsen. Jack was preceded in death by his first wife Lois Bade (nee Jacobsen) in 1989.
