John J. Basquill, age 60, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025.

Beloved husband of Lisa (née Fleming). Devoted father of Samantha Verrall (Steven), Shannon Heisey (Jamison), Luke Basquill (Julia), and Jake Basquill. Loving son of the late Bud and El Basquill. Dear brother-in-law of Bernadette Rodriguez (the late Martin), Billy Fleming (Denise), Donna O'Connor (Pat), Colleen Wissman, and the late Joseph Fleming. John is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and again on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM St. Martha's Church, 11301 Academy Road, Philadelphia.  Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
