A veteran of the U.S. Army who served in the Korean War (92 AFA BN). Beloved husband of the late Evelyn J., loving father of Carol Ann Franklin (Ronald), Marianne Butler (James),John H. Butler, Stephen Butler (Sharon), and Kathleen Dolan (Dennis); also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Sunday Evening 7 to 9 PM and also Monday 8:30 to 9:15 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 1428 E. Columbia Ave., followed by his Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Michael's Church. Interment is Resurrection Cemetery.
