John Michael Dowling, Sr. passed away on November 22, 2019 at the age of 49.  Survived by Donna Gift. Loving father of John Michael Jr., and the late Benjamin John. Beloved son of Isabella Dowling (Jay), and late John F. Dowling. Dear brother of James and Cathy (Scott Cusick). Also survived by his many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and his late nephew Franny.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday 9:00 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1428 E. Columbia Ave. Phila., PA 19125 followed by his Service at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
