John J. Finizio passed away peacefully on July 15, 2025, at the age of 71. He was the loving husband of 49 years to Lou Ann Finizio (née Boonie), and the beloved son of the late Joseph and Anna Mae Finizio.

A proud graduate of Bishop Neumann High School, John went on to enjoy a long and dedicated career as an accountant before retiring. Known for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor, he was a wonderful neighbor and friend.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 9:30 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, c/o St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114.
