John B. Howell passed away April 30, 2024. Beloved husband to Karin (nee Zagacki). Devoted Dad to Rebecca Howell-Lindoo (Rodney), Michelle Feil (Justin), Kimberly Mormello (John), and the late Benjamin (Mary Anne). Loving Pop-Pop/Grandpa to Michael, Jonathan, Maxwell, Sonia, Eliza, Christian, Stanley, and Paul. Dear Great Grandpa to Harrison. John is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. John was preceded in death by his parents Evelyn and John R., sister Carolyn, and brothers Bruce and Robert. After a decades-long career in medical laboratory technology, John retired in 2011 at the age of 70. John was a proud Past Master of the Tacony Masonic Lodge 600, and was an active member of All Saints' Episcopal Church. John was known to be a true animal lover, or rather, all animals definitely loved John! But more than that, John was known for his love of family; and kindness, friendship, and acceptance of all. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at  All Saints' Episcopal Church (9601 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114) from 10:00AM-11:30AM, followed by his Funeral Service.
