Beloved husband of the late Kathleen "Dolly" (nee DeVincentis). Devoted father of Jean (Ed) Moy, Mary, Theresa Hagan, John (Liz Anne), Noreen (Tom) Rymal and Megan. Loving Pop-Pop to 8 grandchildren. Brother-in-law to Jean Weaver, Dolores DeVincentis and Norma Jones. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Jack was a member of St. Jerome Parish for 50 years and a graduate of Mastbaum H.S., and also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday evening, 7-9 P.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. (S. of Grant Ave.), also Tuesday 8:30-9:15 A.M., followed by his Funeral Mass 10 A.M. at St. Jerome Church.
