John passed away Sept. 20, 2014 at the age of 58. Loving son of Mary (nee Toland) and the late John E. Loving brother of James M., Maryann K., and Regina Broscius (Joseph). Devoted uncle of Bridget and Ben. Relatives, friends, are coworkers of the City of Philadelphia are invited to his viewing on Wednesday 9 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave. (so. of Grant Ave) followed by his Funeral Mass 10 AM.
