John X. Redmond passed away July 4, 2018 at the age of 100. John grew up in the Olney section of Philadelphia and attended Olney High School. He served in the Army during World War II in the Military Police Corp. He worked at Frankford Arsenal as a Tool and Die Maker, and subsequently at the Naval Supply Depot as a manager.

He is the beloved husband of the late Julia B. (nee Varley). Loving father of Maryanne Bejuki (the late Charles). Dear Poppy of Jonathan Bejuki (Katelyn). He is also survived by his nephew Joseph Carracio. The Redmond family would like to express sincere appreciation to Torbor Brown-Ballah and Florence Santosusso for their care and support of John for the last several years.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday July 14, 2018 9:00 AM at St. Anselm's Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Rd. Phila., PA 19154 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Alzheimer's Assoc. , 399 Market St. Suite 102, Phila., PA 19106 would be appreciated.
