Joseph Altimus Barford IV, 58, died peacefully with his family by his side, April 26, 2021, in Newtown PA. He was born in Philadelphia on February 2, 1963,  to the late Joseph and Geraldine Barford (née Dykes). A lifelong resident of Levittown, he was a 1982 graduate of Neshaminy Maple Point. He was a proud member of the Laborers Union Local 57.  Joe was a family man, raising his son and caring for his mother. He also enjoyed fishing and was a fan of all local sports teams - especially the Phillies and Eagles. Joe is survived by his son Joseph Barford V and his sisters Cindy Pilla (Ken), Caroline Horne (Frank) and Kimberly Conway (Michael). Joe is survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his family, Joe will also be missed by his many lifelong friends. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021, at Burns Funeral Home 1514 Woodbourne Rd., Levittown PA 19057 from 12:00PM-1:00PM followed by his Funeral Service at 1:00 PM.  Interment - Private.
