Obituary
Joseph R. Barton passed away Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013.
He was the beloved husband of Barbara McKnight Barton; father of John (Denise), and David McKnight; grandfather of Michael, Allison, Christopher and Kiley; brother of Michele Fekete (Jack), Timothy (Sharon), and Brian (Barbara). He also is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Joseph was a former member of the Morrisville Ambulance Squad, former member and past chief of Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad, and member of Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree, Council 4214.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and to his funeral from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday, at Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Road, Levittown. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church. Internment will be held privately.
Donations to Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad, 7405 New Falls Road, Levittown, would be appreciated by the family.
