Joseph passed away at the age of 67. Loving Father of Joseph, Jr. (America), Michael (Tina), John and Krystle. Dear Pop of Kaila, Samantha, Joseph, Michael, Jr, Alyssa, and Marissa.  Great Pop of Mathew, Jr.  Joe was a retired truck driver and member of Teamster Union Local 107 and 470.  There will be two viewings for Mr. Browning; Friday evening from 6-8 P.M. and Saturday morning from 9:15-10:15 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19114.  The family prefers all relatives and friends pay their respects in person.  There might be waiting time in your vehicle due to occupancy restrictions.  All other services are private at the family's request.
