Joseph A. Cilingin passed away October 20, 2023 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen Cilingin. Loving father of Susan Ehmann (Joseph), and Jennifer Phillips. Dear Pop Pop of Emily, Elizabeth and Jolene. Brother of Michael, Lorraine, and the late Debra and Patricia. He is also survived by his loving extended family.
