Joseph A. Courtney passed away November 1, 2017 at the age of 63. Son of the late Edward and Margret Courtney (nee McMann). Graduate of West Catholic High School and a life long resident of Southwest Philadelphia. Former employee of Graduate and Jefferson Hospital. Joe was a basketball referee and baseball empire for several leagues.  Graveside Services and interment will be held at Sts.Peter and Paul Cemetery on Saturday November 18th, at 10 AM.
