Joseph W. Jr. passed away September 5, 2017. Dear son of the late Joseph and Viola Hess; survived by his children David and Alicia and many cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Saturday, October 7, 2017, 9 AM at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 701 Gaul Street, Philadelphia, PA followed by his Memorial Mass 10 AM. Interment will be held at New Cathedral Cemetery.
