Joseph V. Janis, age 90, passed away on August 29, 2025.  Joe was retired, but previously worked as a machinist in a wire works factory.  Loving husband of the late Eleanor (née Zagursky) Janis.  Beloved father of Christine Englert (Joseph).

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing September 4, 2025, Thursday morning, 10-10:45 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.  Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M.  Interment at Oakland Cemetery.
