Joseph E. Katz passed away December 6, 2019. Loving son of the late James and Dorothy Katz. Survived by his siblings Bill Walker (Sandra), Michael (Tracey), Kevin, and Donna (Leah). Loving brother to the late Elizabeth Ann Larsen (Walter), James R. (Sandra), and Edward. Loving soulmate of Cathy Shead. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Joseph spent his proud career in the education field. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Saturday, December 14, 2019, 8:45 AM-9:45 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19114. Followed by his funeral mass at 10 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
