He is survived by his daughter, Linda Daccardi (Daniel), and predeceased by his son Joseph M. Kelly. Former husband to Joan Kelly, beloved grandfather to Joan Armstrong, Christopher Phraner, Christie Price, Teresa Daccardi, Deanna Daccardi and the late Nicholas Phraner. Great grandpop to Aiden Boyd, Mya Price, Abigail Phraner and Curtis Armstrong, Jr. He is also survived by his life companion, Barbara Steiner. Joseph graduated from North Catholic H.S. in 1952, was a Sgt. In the Army and worked for John Hancock Life Ins. Co. for forty years. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday the 23rd, 10 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service 11 AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
