Joseph M. passed away on June 19, 2013 at the age of 55 from lung cancer. He is survived by his wife Antieyah, his parents Joan Kelly and Joseph T. Kelly, and one sister Linda Daccardi (Dan). He is also survived by one niece Joan Armstrong (Curtis), one nephew Christopher Phraner, one great niece Abby Phraner and one great nephew Curtis Armstrong. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday 10 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 (so. Of Grant Ave.) followed by his Memorial Service 11 AM.
