Beloved husband of Marie (nee Montgomery). Devoted father of Jeanmarie Rogers (Ham), Ann Schlupp (Skip), Janice Vinciguerra (Rocky), Joseph L. III (Beth), Mary Bryan (Kevin), and Jeannette Simons (Paul). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, his sister Anna Romito, and his sister-in-law Jeanette Bamberski. An Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, Joe was the founder of Romito's Catering. He enjoyed spending his summers in Cape May, NJ with his family. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday Eve 6-9 PM and Saturday 8:30-9:15 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME 9708 Frankford Ave. (so. of Grant Ave.) followed by his Funeral Mass 10 AM at Our Lady of Calvary Church. Interment St. Dominic Cemetery. The family would like to extend a sincere gratitude to the Evergreen Staff at St. Joseph Manor who showed their father kindness and compassion.
