A resident of Levittown, Joseph is the son of Joseph T. and the late Rose D. Strong, he is survived by brothers, John T. of Pittsburgh and Michael and Thomas of Levittown. A memorial service will be held from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Road, Levittown.
