Joseph E. Taylor passed away May 22, 2022 at the age of 70. Loving father of Joseph (Mariellen), Patrick (Danielle), Kathy Taylor, Kevin (Jeannine), John Paul, Chris (Suzanne), and Mary Anne Taylor. Adoring Poppy "Ah-ha" of Carly, Arianna, Hannah, Kevin Jr., Jacob, Sean, Nolan, Olivia, Ava, Evan, Luke, Chase and Lily. Brother of Phyllis (Walter), Cathy (George), Connie (Bill), Donald (Debbie), and the late Linda and Donna; brother-in law of Steve O'Keefe. He is also survived by his 14 nieces and nephews. Joe was an avid Phillies fan and was a committed grandfather who loved spending time with all of his grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday June 2, 2022 at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 at 8:30 AM followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the American Legion Penn Center Post 204, 3924 Chestnut St. Phila., PA 19104 would be appreciated.
