Devoted husband of Marie (nee Dooley).  Loving father of Joseph W. III and Jeffrey (Laurie), dear pop pop of Jeffrey, Isabelle, and Marcus; also survived by his brothers Donald (Irene), Robert (Tony), Gregory (the late Diane), his sister Peggy Campbell (Thomas), his sister in law Janet Brennan (Thomas), and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Sunday Eve. 7:00 to 9:00 PM and also Monday 8:30 to 9:15 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM St. Charles Borromeo Church.  Interment - Resurrection Cemetery.  The Tuffner family would like to give a special thank you to Aurora Hospice, for all of their compassionate and exceptional care given to Joe.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Aurora Home Care, 518 Bustleton Pike, Suite D, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053 in his memory would be appreciated.
