It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Joseph M. Van Holt at the age of 65. Joe was the beloved son of the late Charles and Helen Van Holt and a cherished brother to Charlene Vianello (Mario). He was a devoted uncle to Christine Wilkinson (Tim) and a proud great-uncle to Claire and the late Sophia.

A proud graduate of North Catholic High School, Joe dedicated over 46 years of his life to managing at ACME supermarkets, where he was well-known for his commitment to his work and the people he served. He will be remembered fondly for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor.

Joe's family and friends will remember him not only for his professional dedication but also for his warmth and loyalty to those he loved. His legacy will continue through those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114) from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by a Memorial Service. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Joe's memory to a charity of your choice.
