Joseph H. Welsh passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 81. Loving husband of Lynda (nee Hodge). Devoted father of Terri Feeney (Dan), Jennifer Bednarek (Marke), Kevin (Katie), and Brian. Dear pop pop of Ashlynne, Brianna, Marisa, Anthony, Marina, Justin, Mikayla, Gavin, Dylan, Emmaleigh, Jordyn and Brandon. Great grand pop of Michael, Danny, Andrew, Anna, and William. Daughter Tracey Woll (Bob) and her children Angelina, Robert and Grace. Also survived by his many loving nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
