Brother of Cork, Sam, Blanche, Patty, Jimmy, Donna, and the late Jack, Joan, and Walter. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Philadelphia was Joe's home for almost 70 years before he moved to North Carolina with his wife in 2010.
