Josette Finnegan (nee Oakley) passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.Beloved wife of Joseph, Josette was the devoted mother of Jessica. Loving daughter of Gary Oakley and the late Bernadette, and dear sister of Gary Oakley (Kaitlyn) and Heidi Blum (Ken).
Josette was a proud graduate of Little Flower High School for Girls, Class of 1999. She was a dedicated employee of Temple University, where she served as an Associate Senior Legal Assistant. Josette had a love of traveling and will be remembered for her devotion to her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, September 19, 2026, 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM St. Timothy Church, 3001 Levick Street, Philadelphia, followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at Magnolia Cemetery.
