Karah Rose Ostopchuck passed away suddenly on September 16, 2018 at the age of 28. Beloved daughter of Steve and Kristine (nee Lewis). Dear sister of Kasey (Laurin), Stephen K. (Cara), and Kristopher. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Karah was a graduate of Nazareth High School, and attended Holy Family College. Relatives and close friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday 9:30 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19114 followed by her Service at 11:30 AM. Interment Beechwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family prefers donations in her memory to Pennsylvania SPCA , 350 E.
