Kathleen M. Colalongo (née Melvin) passed away peacefully on June 13, 2026.
Beloved wife of the late Anthony Colalongo. Loving mother of Kevin, Karen Patton (George), and the late Brian Colalongo. Cherished grandmother of Dominic, Eric, Emma, Alaina, and Liam. Dear sister of Anne Slowicki (the late Don), the late Alan Melvin (Betty), and the late Norene Melvin. Cherished Mimi to Coralei. Kathleen is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
