Of Philadelphia, PA passed away suddenly and peacefully on March 5, 2014 at the age of 78. He was born in Sandstone, West Virginia and served honorably in the U.S. Navy as a "Tin Can Sailor" receiving numerous accolades for his outstanding performance. He enjoyed yard sale-ing, hunting and fishing across the country. Loving husband of the late Joan. He is survived by his mother, Laura Graham; children, Lorraine Ramos and Kenneth Graham, Jr.; grandchildren, Vincent Ramos, Monica Ramos, Glen Graham, Beverly West, Faith Graham and great grandchildren, Cassidy McCloskey and Kyla West. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday 10:30 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service 12:30 PM. Interment private.
