Kenneth Lester Young born February 15, 1934 passed away at age 86 due to Covid. He leaves behind his wife Sally (nee Farnen) who together shared endless memories for 61 years. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Theresa. In addition to his wife, Sally, he is survived by his son, Thomas (Christina); grandchildren Ian, Emily, Samantha, Alexandra; great grandson, Zackary, and many nieces and nephews.  Ken was born and raised in Philadelphia and proudly served in the United States Army. He was a respected and skilled automobile mechanic and could tell his customers
what was wrong with their vehicle just by the sound it made pulling into the shop. He was also a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus where he made lifelong friends. Ken was strong and reserved. He was a loving, generous, hard-working man and devoted to his wife and family. He was always there with time, encouragement and love. He will be deeply missed. Due to Covid a memorial service to celebrate his life will be scheduled at a later date.
