Kevin was a retired Professional Civil Engineer with the City of Philadelphia Water Department for over 37 years.  Son of the late Henry P. and Ann McNichol.  Son of the late Henry P. and Ann McNichol.  Beloved brother of Kathryn E. Barbieri (Rob) of Nashville, TN, Annette McGovern (Jack), Mark McNichol of Philadelphia, PA and Tim McNichol of Dallas, TX.  Also survived by his niece Kristen Lavie (Dr. Jayson) and great nephew Luke Lavie of St. Louis, MO and nephew/godchild Robert Barbieri (Grace) of Nashville, TN.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM, St. Timothy Church, 3001 Levick Sst. Philadelphia, PA, followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM.  Interment - St. John Neumann Cemetery.
