Leo E. Wiggins, age 74, passed away on February 28, 2025.  Son of the late Edward and Marion Wiggins. Father of Stacy Reed (Anthony), Lee Wiggins (Kateryna), Bryan Wiggins (Patricia) and Cassandra Wiggins-Dowdell.  Grandpa of Kylie, Madison, Zach, Jacob, Mirica, Ian, Jason, Parker, and Rylee. Brother of Cathy Reddington, Nancy Quirk, Paula Berg, and the late Lynne and Phil Wiggins.

Leo Wiggins was a man who never met a stranger. Whether it was a fellow patron at the bar, a fishing buddy, or the nurses at his dialysis clinic, he had a way of turning acquaintances into lifelong friends. His love for music, especially the songs of Jimmy Buffett, was ever-present—whether he was playing his favorites on the jukebox or humming along on a sunny boat ride. An avid golfer and fisherman, he found peace on the water and joy in the game. But perhaps what people will remember most is his unmistakable, hearty laugh—the kind that could fill a room and make everyone smile. His warmth, humor, and love for life will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
