Leroy J. Clemens passed away peacefully on April 18, 2024. Beloved husband of 23 years to Rosemarie (nee Floody). Loving dad to Robert (Matilda) and Diane Clemens. Dear grandpop to Christopher and Robert. Loving brother to Dorothy Barnes (the late Gene), James Clemens (Eileen), the late Catherine Kenyon (the late Don) and the late Park William Clemens (Josephine). Leroy was a proud U.S Army Vietnam Veteran. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (1019 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123) from 9:00AM-11:00AM, followed by his Funeral Mass. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in the name of Leroy to the Wounded Warrior Project or K9's for Warriors.
