Loving wife of Norman.  Beloved mother of Jean Smeal (Sam Ramble).  Adored grandma of Nolan and Julian.  Cherished sister of Ann Hansbury (Steve).

Loretta was a graduate of the PA School for the Deaf.    Loretta was an active member of the International Catholic Deaf Association, Chapter #8.  She coordinated the kitchen crew for many years.  She also helped to chair the annual ICDA Family Christmas Party. She spent many hours preparing the gifts for the children.   Loretta loved to travel with Norman and their most recent trip was a pilgrimage to Italy.
